Health Window is a service operated by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. You can call the Health Window Helpline 16263 to seek medical advice directly on any health issue. This helpline is at your service 24 hours a day. Also from the health window you can get information about government hospitals, doctors or any other information about healthcare and phone numbers. If you have any complaints or suggestions regarding government, non-government health services or hospitals, you can report to this number. That complaint will be communicated to the appropriate authority and you will also be informed what action has been taken on your complaint.

 


After dialing 16263, press 0 (zero) to talk to your doctor directly for advice on your health. If you want to know more about your nearest government hospital, doctor information or healthcare, press 1. If you have a complaint about a public-private hospital, clinic or other public health service, press 2. Press 3 to know more about the health window service of the Ministry of Health. Press 8 to make any suggestions or complaints regarding health window services.

Remember, Health Window is not a commercial service and it is the most affordable mobile healthcare. It charges Tk 2.38 per minute (including VAT) and 10 second pulse.
